Plates & Plates is a project focusing on two things that shape how you feel every day: the food on your plate and the weight on the bar. I started this blog after realizing how undereducated (and often misinformed) high schoolers can be about nutrition, lifting, and metabolic health. In a school with a large South Asian community, I noticed a gap in advice that actually fits our reality.

The goal of this blog is to inform while helping to build lasting habits beneficial to metabolic health and performance in weight training.
